Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a 100% refund. After this 24-hour period, cancellations are no longer possible and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation is considered a no-show and is treated as a non-refundable and non-reschedulable cancellation.
